Week One: Online – Dominant Discovery Masterclass 

Sunday 6th September @ 5pm

Your mentorship will start with a group online masterclass in Dominant foundations. We’ll cover everything from the Dominant Archetypes and skills and qualities of an authentic Dom/me, through to common challenges, misconceptions and myths to support your understanding of what it means to be Dominant and guide you towards a style that resonates with you.

Week two: Online – Your 60-Minute Personalised Coaching Call

Time and date to be organised with Sarah

In the second week you’ll have a private 60 minute call to understand where you’re at on your kink journey, what challenges feel most present and discuss your intentions and what you’d like to get from the mentorship. 

This is an opportunity to reflect on your desires and interests so we can tailor your experience as much as possible throughout the mentorship, answer any initial questions you may have, and set you up for success.

Week three: Online – Understanding the submissive experience

Sunday 20th September @ 5pm

In week three we will dive into understanding the submissive experience, the different submissive archetypes, why people choose to submit, and how as a Dom/me you can support that journey and in turn how they can support yours.

In this masterclass, you’ll also get to meet the pro subs to practice asking questions about the submissive experience and sharing your own desires in return.

Week Four: In Person – Full Day Dominant Skills Masterclass

Saturday 26th September 12pm-6pm

At the half way point of the mentorship we will start to develop our practical skills with a full day in-person masterclass. From 11am-6pm we’ll explore:

Impact Play

Sensation Play

Wax Play 

Bondage & sensory Play 

Body handling

Dungeon equipment and furniture 

Verbal Domination 

This will also be an opportunity to meet for the first time our pro-subs in-person in a casual setting, and get to know them before your 1-1 scene practices in week’s 7 and 8.

Week Five: Online – Aftercare Safety and Understanding the Somatic Experience of kink

Sunday 4th October @ 5pm

Kink / 1-1 Coaching Calls

In week five we’ll explore aftercare rituals and gain a deeper understanding of what happens to our body when we engage in kink and power exchange in order to create safety and containment for both yourself and your submissive partner(s). 

You’ll also have your second 1-1 coaching call to continue to support your own personal development of your inner Dom/me up until this point.

Week Six: Online – Scene Building & D/s Dynamics Masterclass + plan your own scene

Sunday 11th October @ 5pm

In Week six, we will explore building a dynamic that suits you. We’ll cover different styles of dynamic, what being in a dynamic typically looks like and what structures you can use to co-create a unique dynamic with your submissive partner(s). 

We’ll also cover the art and flow of scene building from start to finish in detail, so you can prepare to confidently navigate and lead a scene from your Dominant energy in a way that suits your unique style. 

This week you’ll also start to plan your own scene that you’d like to experience and get feedback and guidance from the Sub in the City team.

Weeks Seven & Eight: In-person – Unleash your inner Dom/me weekend intensive

Option to choose Friday 16th-Sunday 18th OR Friday 23rd-Sunday 25th October.

The last two weeks the group will be split into two groups of 6 for a weekend intensive where it’s your time to fully unleash your inner Dom/me. 

Over three days, you’ll move from simply understanding your inner Dom/me, to fully embodying your Dominant energy in the final stage of the mentorship.

On Friday night, you’ll get to witness a scene from Master Carlos from start to finish, incorporating a variety of the practical skills and elements you will have explored in previous weeks, followed by a Q&A and discussion, plus time to bounce ideas and continue to refine your own scene plans. 

On Saturday you’ll have your first private in-person session with one of our pro-subs, fully guided and supported by Master Carlos and Sarah. This is your opportunity to practice navigating a dynamic and a scene with a sub from start to finish – practice communication, refine your skills, negotiate the finer details. This is your opportunity to get step by step guidance in a private setting to figure out what does and doesn’t work for you. 

On Sunday, you’ll then be invited back for more hands-on experience as you enter into your second and final scene with your submissive. This time, without the intervention of Sarah and Master Carlos, you’ll be navigating the session solo, really putting your skills to the test as you fully embody everything you’ve learnt on the mentorship. But don’t worry, as Sarah and Master Carlos will be present should you really need anything during the session. 

The other half of the group will join Sarah and Master Carlos online during the week for a Dom/me Sharing Circle to get peer support and guidance.

We will repeat the same format in week eight for the other half of the group.

Week 9 Bonus – Online follow up coaching calls & Halloween Dungeon Party

Dungeon Party – Saturday 24th October.

At completion of the course, you’ll also get one final coaching call to reflect on your journey and ask any final questions and get support to set you up for success moving forwards. 

You’ll also be invited to attend our Halloween Dungeon Party with a +1 to celebrate the end of your mentorship and have an opportunity for further exploration on the night.
